Man, I have, like, watchers now. More than one person who doesn't know me will end up with this cluttering their messages. That's a little intimidating.

Let's see, this piece started a while ago as an image that popped into my head as I was creating AMVs in my mind to accompany various songs on my iPod. Then the lineart sat around for a while. Then I scanned it and printed it. Fun fact - toner bleeds in water! But that's okay, because I printed the lineart in purple, so it wound up being a pretty neat effect.

I went a little crazy with the white acrylic sparklies. And then I got my hands on some silver puff-paint stuff for border swirls. I have way to much fun with stuff like that.

Watercolors and I still don't get along very well. I'm too controlling. I try to use them like markers. I did get some textures I like, though, so... whatever. To no-one's surprise, the scanner mucked up the colors, but I've basically repaired them. Well. More or less. Richard's eye is supposed to be GREEN, but whatevs~

The characters are Richard and Xing, two OCs who I've been doodling for some time now, but don't show up anywhere else in my gallery, I think. I'll ramble about them some other time on a comment which is not already unreasonably lengthy.
